However, if a problem ends up taking longer than expected, we promise to stay with the problem until it is solved – at no additional expense to you. In the rare case that we cannot solve your problem, we will refund your money or not charge you at all.
Our People – MacPro Services
Ed is the founder of MacPro Services and an Apple Certified Support Professional. He has been helping people with their computers since 1985 when he bought his first Macintosh. His wife wishes they had bought Apple stock instead! Ed loves people and technology. He has built his business on offering the highest quality computer consulting and repair services while at the same time building relationships of respect, honesty and trust. A pastor for over 30 years, caring for people and their needs is the calling of his life. Ed is married with 4 daughters, 2 granddaughters, a cat named Mr. Darcy, and a Golden Retriever named Adler (who is also a girl).
Drew is the owner of MacPro Services and an Apple Certified Technician. He is an efficient, capable, well-humored geek. He believes that computers should serve you – not you serve them. His gift is in explaining complicated problems in your language and offering the best, most cost-effective, solutions. Previously an attorney, Drew knows the importance of listening, understanding your problem, researching the best solution and working his tail off to ensure your expectations are exceeded. Drew is married and has two wonderful daughters.
Josh is also an Apple Certified Technician as well as an Apple “Genius.” His gift is in training, as he has been teaching people how to use computers, as well as applications, for the last eight years. Clients praise him for being able to patiently teach them what they have been wanting to learn. He believes that with the right trainer, all learning goals are obtainable. Josh has worked at an Apple store for two years and specializes in iPhone/iPad repair. He is newly married to the lovely Christy. Together, they make a really cute couple.
Ben is the latest addition to MacPro Services and has allowed us to serve a wider variety of clients with his Windows expertise. He is an A+ Certified technician who graduated from FSU with a B.S. in Information Technology and an M.S. in Library and Information Science. His strongest trait is his ability to solve problems, no matter how unusual, which compliments his hobby – working on cars. Ben also has an aptitude for all things audio, from home audio to headphones.
Carrie assists with the Quarterly Service Maintenance and the day-to-day operations of our company. A long time friend of the Hagues, she came on board with MacPro Services after a year-long mission trip visiting 12 different countries around the world. Prior to that she worked for three years for the State of Florida as a technical writer, project manager, and business analyst. Her gift is listening, and she loves the service and community aspects of MacPro Services.
